Who do you love most in this world?

If your answer wasn’t you, that’s where we begin.

Most of us can’t say “myself” without flinching. It sounds selfish, or untrue, or like something we haven’t earned. But the relationship you have with yourself is the one every other relationship is filtered through. It’s the lens. When it’s neglected, everything you see through it is distorted.

This work is about becoming someone who can answer that question honestly, and confidently, with your own name. Not instead of loving others, but so you can love them from fullness instead of need.
